I ran off for a few days to get away from the city and of course where else would I go but home to Knysna. A week to do nothing but read (In Cold Blood by Truman Capote), watch TV (Ultimate Survivor) and catch up with friends. It really does feel like time stops when I drive in to town. Of course, as luck would have it the minute I returned to Cape Town I got the man flu. Go figure.
